  • Refunds

    Due to the nature of the custom products, all custom products offered through the website are non-refundable under any circumstances. All sales are final, and no exceptions will be made.

  • Exchanges

    If you believe you have received damaged products, please contact us immediately with proof and we will be happy to replace those items for you.

  • Processing

    We take pride in the products we make for our customers. Everything we make is MADE TO ORDER. Please note that the process to complete your order can be between 1-3 weeks. Please give us the time we need to ensure your custom items are perfect.

  • Shipping

    We offer 1-3 day shipping with the United States Postal Service. If your order is in a poly mailer (small order), those will be shipped out daily (ex: if your order was completed on a Thursday, it will be shipped on Friday). If your order is in a box (big order), your order will be shipped out on Wednesdays (ex: if your order was completed on a Thursday, it will be shipped the following wednesday).

  • Pick Up

    We offer local pick up for those living in the North Texas area. Local pick up will be on SATURDAY MORNINGS only.

  • Deliveries

    We DO NOT offer delivery or meet up services. All order must be shipped or picked up. NO EXCEPTIONS.
